We collect the following only when you submit the contact form:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number (optional)
• Your travel dates (optional)
• Your group size
• The tour you're interested in
• Your message

Your message is delivered straight to the guide's (Uncle Africa) email inbox via Resend, a transactional email service. We do not store anything in a database, and we do not add you to any marketing lists.

We keep your information only as long as the email lives in the guide's inbox. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by replying to our message with "delete my data", and we'll action it as soon as we see it.

We do not use marketing or analytics cookies. The only cookie set is a small locale preference cookie used by next-intl to remember your language choice.

The following services act as data processors on our behalf:

• Cloudflare Turnstile, anti-spam, which may set a verification cookie.
• Resend, which delivers your contact form message to the guide's inbox.

If we update this page, we'll bump the "last updated" date above. If a change is material, we'll also let any guests who contacted us through the form know directly.
